The idea
Teams lose hours searching wikis, PDFs, and old threads. Lumen turns that knowledge into a single assistant that cites its sources.

How it works
Documents are chunked, embedded, and indexed for vector search. Each answer is generated only from retrieved passages, with inline citations the reader can open.
Guardrails decline questions the sources cannot answer, instead of guessing.
